To provide our investors/partners the opportunity to attain Financial Freedom through the generation of passive income from above average returns on multifamily real estate investments. By doing so, we provide quality housing and related services to our valued tenants.
Meet The Founder
Lynda is the Principal and Founder of Freedom Capital Investments, LLC. She began investing in real estate in 2003 with single family homes and transitioned to multifamily properties in 2019; completing the inaugural acquisition of a 146-unit asset via FCI in 2020. She is co-host of the newly launched podcast, Multifamily Investor Ladies, where Lynda and co-host share insightful and relevant information on the intricacies of multifamily real estate investing.
Lynda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of 20+ years and serves as a Chaplain in the U.S. Army Reserve. She is a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal and two-time recipient of the Army Achievement Medal for Leadership Excellence.
Lynda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accountancy (Baruch College, City University of New York), a Master of Business Administration in Finance (University of Maryland, College Park) and a Master of Divinity (Columbia Theological Seminary). She enjoys facilitating financial stewardship training courses, serving as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.

Daniel Woodford
Daniel is the Co-Founder and Principal of Mission Bay Capital Partners, a leading real estate syndication company. Daniel started his real estate career in 2009 after serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. He is a seasoned multifamily operator with extensive experience in property valuation, acquisitions, and asset management. He is known for providing exceptional value for investors. Daniel holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University.
